1. Introduction

Welcome to TimeFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeFlow application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by TimeFlow, based in Warszawa, Poland ("we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 16 years old to use TimeFlow.

2. Service Description

TimeFlow is a personal life-planning and productivity application that provides tools for managing tasks, calendars, goals, habits, notes, wishlists, and a vision board. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Trial Period

New accounts may receive a free trial period that grants access to the Service's features for a limited time. At the end of the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers at any time.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions ("Pro") are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We process your data to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of the content you create, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which the account reverts to limited access. You may also delete your account entirely, which removes your stored data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Refund Policy

• EU customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
• US customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
• To request a refund, contact support@timeflowapp.app.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

11. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
• Any disputes will be resolved under Polish jurisdiction.
• EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
